Should I buy a size 14 instead of 15?

My finger indicates the tip of big toe. I've been buying 15s for awhile but I'm starting to think I need 14s, my old Nike monarchs fit great for size 15 but it might be the dr shoals thing I put in them, my mom said they(my feet) may have gotten a lil smaller when I lost some weight but idk if that's possible
