Looking for recommendations on shoes for work.

I’m not too knowledgeable about shoes and figured this would be a good place to ask. I’m looking for recommendations on some decent shoes for work, but I have some specific requirements. Here’s what I’m looking for:

I work as a soft drink sales rep. So I need something that looks professional. Not necessarily a straight up dress shoe but close. I typically wear khakis or slacks with a polo or button up. Maybe a dress sneaker or dress boot, or some kind of hybrid dress shoe if that’s a thing?

My work takes me into a lot of dirty back rooms and walk in coolers, there’s a lot of bending down and crouching, and working with drinks, spills are not uncommon. So I want something that is durable and preferably has a rubber sole with some grip.

I also have plantar fasciitis so it needs to have decent support (my plantar fasciitis is not nearly as bad as it was since I lost a bunch of weight, so I don’t need an orthopedic shoe shoe or anything like that, but decent support would still be nice).

I’ve tried a number of styles from different brands. Most recently I tried the Dockers Cooper Oxfords but they started falling apart within months. I know those are probably not particularly high quality since Dockers is not primarily a shoe company, but as I said, I know very little about shoes so I didn’t feel comfortable spending a lot of money on something I wasn’t sure about, especially considering my very specific needs, but I would be willing to spend the money if I had some good recommendations.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
