For years I have had plantar fasciitis and have gone through the gauntlet. Therapy, custom inserts, shots, the works. Well recently I had a very bad fall tore some ligaments in my right ankle. It's healed but I don't think it did so correctly. Since then I have noticed my right ankle likes to roll inwards a lot. Doctor told me this would happen more but now I have more stability problems than I already have had (got Spinal Stenosis).
Now with that out of the way I am still young; 26 male, and need help finding a good show brand and maybe better inserts that what my doc is giving me (they wear out so fast and I can only replace them once a year). I have tried New balance, Asics, Sneakers, Nikes, Timberlands (mainly for design on that one), and Jordans (grouping up in highschool a lot). I have tried several of Asics' types of shoes but out of my list New balance has been the best so far (their fresh foam series). However today I am asking for others insight into this to see if others have similar problems and what they have found to help. I'm pretty sure I have overpronation in my right foot and it's causing my to constantly be standing or walking on the rim/side of my shoe bc it's sorta sliding off it. I was looking into brands again and kept seeing this brand called KURU and while they sound good idk if they r actually good and it's just marketing. Any advise is appreciated and will continue to come back to this thread for future advice if need be and to add more info of any kind to help not only myself but others like me.
