Men’s dress shoes, high instep, lots of standing?

I spend a lot of time standing in dress clothes at work, and my feet aren't loving it. I've got a big'ol instep, so many dress shoes don't accommodate my feet well. Is there anyone who's got the same problem, and a recommendation? Just the absolute cushiest dress shoes for a big instep, price and availability are not to be considered.
