Just picked up some fresh Adidas. Physical fit is tough for me, so I'm trying to be kind as I sus them out, but I don't want to wear them inside in the carpet any longer, because they've been leaving some kind of film on the carpet and linoleum, which makes it very slippery. If I had to wager a guess, I'd think it something like a silicone spray.
Any ideas as to what it might be? Bad for carpet/linoleum? Bad for me?
I'm assuming it'll wear off eventually, but apart from new shoes, the apartment is no shoes, and it feels weird – maybe a little dangerous, especially when in socks.
I'm probably over thinking this. Whatever.
