Rag & Bone ankle boot question

I see so many of this Rag & Bone ankle boot available on thredup and The Real Real. I have never owned a pair of Rag & Bone shoes. I wonder if the reason is that they are not good quality, or uncomfortable. I really like this one, but I was just wondering if anyone has experience with the brand. Thank you.
