I work at a parts store and spend 8-10 hours standing and walking, rarely am I ever seated. Need some shoes that will provide some cushion but won't give an artificial arch and mess up my tootsie muscles. Currently using some Sonik shoes, but by the end of the day my soles and arches are sore. Any help would be awesome.
