help finding a work boot that feels closer to an athletic/ basketball shoe

I need something sturdy / somewhat waterproof enough for regular outdoor/farm type labor – leather, gortex etc

but also that isn't super heavy / could be good for walking multiple miles per day / won't flare up latent plantar fasciitis

I'm used to wearing Mens lightweight, mid high basketball type shoes with a thick, cushiony sole especially at the heel
