How can I store these heels for a long period?

I want to get them for an important event but it's still in a year/ a year and a half.
But I want to get them now bc I'm totaly in love and don't want to take any risks of them going out of stock or the shop taking them out + the store has a sale now so I'll be saving money.

So do you think it's a good idea? And if so how can I store them safely so they don't change and make sure nothing wrong goes with them?
