Recommendations needed: max cushion trainers for walking long distances on hard floor, to help with top of foot pain.

Hi all
I work in a supermarket and walk 20-25,000 steps a day. I can’t seem to find a comfortable shoe that doesn’t cause pain. I have pain on the top of my foot and swelling and it rubs on the sides.

Looking for a comfortable wide fit trainer that is suitable for my issues and work. Max cushioning preferred
