First time buyer of OnCloud shoes. Is it normal for them to have the insole so warped and wrinkled? Haven’t even tried them on yet. Just took them out of the box and it was like this (see third pic)

Never had a brand of shoe with wrinkled insoles like these…is this normal from oncloud or is this just a dud?
