Men’s Red Shoes

So I'm looking for some red high-tops but I can't seem to find anything I like. I really only like the style of shoes Converse is, but Vans is cool too. I'd get the red Converse All-Star high tops but I don't really like the black stripes, they look too out of place and I wish they were white.

Does anyone have any recommendations? I don't really wanna spend $100 vs $65 just to change the black stripes to white.
