Manolo Blahnik sizes?

Hi to you all, and happy new year! I'm looking for some advice on a pair of Manolo Blahniks. I just found a pair that are pure 10/10 in my eyes on a trusted second–hand site. They're brown satin, a d'Orsay model with a butterfly design (according to similar finds through Google Lens) open toe , kind of 90s style, and just slightly taller than a kitten heel. I'm guesstimating 3 inches from the picture.

They're listed a half size bigger than my usual size, is it worth the risk? Do Manolos run generally small or large? On this site I can't directly contact the seller personally either, but I see they have another pair of Zara heels for sale in the same size I normally wear.

I'm hoping someone here has some insight on the brand, or if you have a similar shoe in your collection I would love to know if you went with your normal size, or how they wear. Thanks everyone!
