Why do shoes made for running hurt my feet but shoes with no support feel better.

[ad_1]

All my life I’ve tried many different shoes that are made for walking/running and have “good support” I would notice my feet KILL me way more in them. But when I run or walk a long time at universal studios or do a small workout in my slip on Vans…..my feet barely hurt at the end of the day. I feel so much better in my vans. You think my feet don’t need the supported shoes? Have they grown accustomed to no support? Is that a bad or good thing?
