Tall Women, where do you shop for shoes?

As someone who's passionate about inclusive fashion, finding shoes that are cute AND comfortable are my biggest issue. So many pain points tall women face when shopping for shoes whether it's sizing, comfort, availability, style options. etc. I'd love to hear your honest experiences: What do you struggle with most when it comes to finding shoes that actually fit and feel good? What do you wish brands would do differently?

Also if you are a size 10, 11, or 12 what are you fav websites to boy shoes? asking for myself because I am desperate.
