I have shoes from years ago and I never ever buy myself new shoes. My kids always have nice new shoes so it’s my turn.. lol are these good options? I want to purchase all three.

My only pair of jordans ever at 46 and kinda don’t want to get rid of them or spend $100+ on another pair.

I have been hearing and reading a lot lately about shoes coming apart more easily than they used to (same brand / model). I was surprised to hear that two brands that I have a lot of experience with (Keen hiking boots and Alpinestar motorcycle boots) have had adhesive quality issues on newer pairs when I've put many years and miles on the same models in the past. Is there a general trend across the industry in this area? Was some chemical banned that makes new adhesives used in shoe manufacturing less effective?

They’re literally sold out everywhere but they’re insane and I need them. Jeffrey Campbell used to sell them but they don’t do them anymore 🙁

Hi everyone, I honestly don’t know what to do anymore. Since a few weeks I have this issue in literally all my shoes. The final horizontal lace, not the one with the loop but the last horizontal lace just below, of all my shoes cut right into the top of my foot at the place where my foot like meets my leg. It’s not a sharp pain, but more of a bruised pain. I cannot see any swelling or redness also not after a walk for example. It also only happens in my right foot. My left foot I can just tie and be done. The only thing that kind of fixes it is to tie the most upper lace extremely loose to the point it doesn’t really have a function anymore. Even when I can still put 2 fingers comfortably on top under the lace where it hurts my foot it does still hurt and it’s still too “tight”. And when I ask someone else to put like their finger under there like under the tongue they say it’s loose on top of my feet. Skipping the final lace doesn’t help either since I’m not only getting heel slip, but also it feels bruised anyway.

Hello! I'm putting together a replica costume and I'm trying to figure out if these are 1) real shoes, 2) what kind of shoes they are, or 3) what the closest approx. would be.
There are no higher quality photos I can find, so I tried to outline the different parts to help distinguish them.
Thank you in advance! 🙏
