I ordered the Nike Dunk Low Premium's from eBay and they were half the price because the seller said they "smelled like weed". They smell like they were in a warehouse where people smoked cigars all day.
Is there a spray for the outside of shoes that stink? They are made with suede.
My problem is when I search for sprays for shoe smell, it is assumed it is the inside of the shoe.

I’m tired of spending $100–$200 on boots, walking shoes, and sandals that wear out after just a couple of years (or even sooner). I take good care of my shoes, and I don’t wear any single pair every day, but I still find myself constantly replacing them.

Durable – Something that won’t fall apart within a year or two.
Basic but stylish – Versatile enough to go with most outfits.
Functional and comfortable – Good for walking and everyday wear.
(Bonus) Repairable – If they can be resoled or maintained over time, even better.
