Looking for Durable, Mid Price, Outfit Neutral Shoes

[ad_1]

I have a few pairs of shoes, however I'm often away from the house many days at a time so I need to take a pair that matches all outfits. My go to for a year or two has been black and white low rise converse, which I think look ok, they can go with sort of anything casual and are cheap. The problem is though I absolutely CHEW these up; I walk through them in like 4 or 5 months. Anybody got any shoe recommendations that look good with most outfits (I'm expecting black and white but open to anything) that are middling price (sub 200 would be nice) that are durable? Thanks a bunch.

9 3/4 shoe size?

[ad_1]

I measured my feet to get actual correct sizing and came to the conclusion that I am in between these sizes.

The 9 1/2 are too tight. And the 10 are too loose.

I always wondered why it was so difficult for me to walk in heels and it was because my heels lift off in the back.

Has anyone found a solution for this? I feel like it’s so strange to say that I’m 9 3/4 and I really want to wear and love my heels.

Do shoes with a narrower toe box tend to mold and become more comfortable over time?

[ad_1]

Here’s your text rewritten in English:

Hi, I have feet with a slightly higher arch (the "fiocca") and one foot is slightly wider than the other. Because of this, I usually take a larger size, like a 40, which fits better on the wider foot. However, the smaller foot (size 39) fits a bit less well, but it doesn’t slip off thanks to the lace adjustment. I bought the Adidas SL 72 RS, which have a thicker and harder sole, and the size 40 fits well on the wider foot. After wearing them for 3-4 days, though, I noticed that the shoe tends to become a little more snug on the wider foot, but not enough to make walking uncomfortable. In winter, I usually prefer shoes with a wider toe box and soft padding, while this model, being made of nylon and suede, feels a bit more snug. I was wondering, after a month of use, will the toe area become softer and mold to the shape of my foot? Also, since I have a higher arch, I was wondering if there are silicone or breathable heel inserts that don’t add too much thickness, as the ones I tried at home raised the arch too much. Thanks a lot!

My favorite shoe stinks.

[ad_1]

I’m very much in love with my Skechers and indeed is my favorite. Unfortunately, it’s got this bad smell now and I don’t know what to do. Previously, I would throw them away, but I like this particular one so much and think that I have not really enjoyed it, since I bought it just about 8months ago and it was quite expensive.

Any suggestions what I should do?

What’s your favorite type of Aglet?

[ad_1]

I'm currently looking at laces and the aglets attached to them, to replace laces I don't like on an incoming shoe. I've one picked out but it got me wondering what your favorite type of Aglet is?
