Hello! I am surprising my husband with new shoes and wanted to see if anyone knew of any shoes that meet all or most of the criteria (I guess??) I’m looking for

-good for walking (hes an older college student with knee and back problems)

-long durability (hes wears through shoes in a year or less so if anything lasts a little longer than that amazing)

• $150 or under (stay at home wife of college student, I have little monies)

• dark neutral colors (browns, dark beiges, earthy greens. He walks through a lot of mud)

• sustainable/environmentally friendly (we are both environmentally friendly people but everything else comes first with the criteria)

Hello! just wondering if anyone has some (affordable) shoe recommendations, im really struggling to find a shoe that isn’t a heel, isn’t a sandal, and is something i can wear with nice outfits and dresses, i keep having to wear these beat up white trainers and im sick of them always ruining my outfit. I’m fairly tall so don’t feel comfortable in heels (and also cannot walk in them lol) i live in the UK so sandals are defo a no unless i want to be constantly freezing, i’ve seen ballet flats but i haven’t really found any that have wowed me!

Am I walking weirdly or something? I had Nike Panda dunks, and wore them basically everyday. But the back of it (inside the shoe) disintegrated within less than a year such that the hard part was cutting into my ankle. I got Puma shoes, and same happened in about 4 months. Are shoes made in very low quality now, or am I walking weirdly that I destroy them? This never used to happen to any shoes I owned before, I could wear them daily for years. I’m seriously wondering have I changed my walking in the last year, or this is a common problem?

I have AF1, and i buy a new pair everytime they get too ruined to keep since when i was 14, i have a pair of black platform all stars and some other shoes but they're old and they bore me. This time instead if buying new af1 pair i was thinking maybe some jordans 1 or new campus? Im not convinced has anyone got other suggestions? No big chunky shoes pls
